By registering on our website and providing your wireless phone number, you agree and acknowledge that Murray Hill National and its clients may call and send text messages to your wireless phone to schedule a market research project or related purpose. You acknowledge that this consent may be revoked, by you, at any time, but until then, you may receive calls and text messages from Murray Hill National and its clients to your wireless number.

 

Will Not Sell Your Personal Information

 

Your information is safe with us. Murray Hill National will not sell, distribute, or otherwise release personally identifiable information it collects to a third party unless it is a necessary component of research you have agreed to participate in.  

 

Client Communications 

 

When Murray Hill National recruits you to participate in a research project, the process involves scheduling you to meet on a specific date and time. In these instances, when you speak with one of our recruiters, we may share information with our client. In this case, we have a data protection agreement in place with the recipient of your data to ensure they adhere to information security standards.

 

Notwithstanding the preceding, if it becomes necessary by law or legal process for Murray Hill National to disclose your personal information, we may do so upon a determination that such disclosure is legally required. In addition, if Murray Hill National reorganizes, merges, or gets sold to another entity, we may transfer any personal information to the relevant third party.
