Murray Hill National uses the information you provide to determine if your profile meets the criteria of our research project. When projects arise in which your profile meets the initial criteria, we will contact you and ask additional screening questions, which will help us better match what our clients need.

Client Communications

When Murray Hill National recruits you to participate in a research project, the process involves scheduling you to meet on a specific date and time. In these instances, when you speak with one of our recruiters, we may share information with our client. In this case, we have a data protection agreement in place with the recipient of your data to ensure they adhere to information security standards.

Notwithstanding the preceding, if it becomes necessary by law or legal process for Murray Hill National to disclose your personal information, we may do so upon a determination that such disclosure is legally required. In addition, if Murray Hill National reorganizes, merges, or gets sold to another entity, we may transfer any personal information to the relevant third party.
